Local mobile advertising solutions provider Mobile Spinach is launching “Discount for Life” offers that give local merchants a new marketing tool to bring new customers and keep them coming back with lifetime discounts. At the same time, the company opened up its mobile advertising solution across the U.S., giving merchants a new marketing channel that reaches consumers and shoppers when they are on the go.

To receive local offers and discounts, mobile consumers can opt-in at the Mobile Spinach website. Users enter a zip code, and then watch discounts and offers from merchants nearby coming their way. You can limit the type of deals as well as the number of offers sent each day.

As for “Discount for Life” deals, they (as you can guess) are designed to never expire. Examples of upcoming deals in San Francisco include:

  • Free guest list entry, and 50 percent of any draft beer at Butter in SOMA
  • Two dollars off any burrito at Pancho Villa Taqueria in the Mission
  • Buy one cocktail and get a second drink free at SIP Bar and Lounge in North Beach

Interested merchants on their end, can run mobile marketing campaigns through Mobile Spinach for as little as $200.
