Now, that’s a phone. If you’re not familiar with Nokia N80, you’re probably not interested in the smartphones and therefor I don’t know what are you doing on this site. :)

Nokia N80Anyway, Nokia N80 is a really great phone which features:

  • Symbian 9.1 OS S60 3rd Edition,
  • 3 megapixel camera,
  • hi-resolution display,
  • miniSD card slot expansion,
  • FM radio, and
  • all the advanced connectivity technologies such as quad-band GSM, 3G UMTS, EDGE, and Wi-Fi.

Now the sad part. I wasn’t the one who did the review. :(
(Nokia and Sony Ericsson people, help me spread the love. I’ll review your phones.) :)

Two reviews are available (probably more, but these two I’ve read): One from All About Symbian, probably the best Symbian resource site, and GSM Arena, ultimate guide to the GSM phones. Check that out – and get one for yourself.

UPDATE: CNet and Business Week also reviewed the N80.

Dusan Belic

Dusan has been using smartphones since their introduction and is now following the latest trends in the industry. The "convergence" is what he's most excited about, and writing about it is the next logical thing to do. He thinks that using a smartphone is what everyone who cares about their time should do. In addition to his interests in mobile phones, Dusan also loves to experiment with the latest web and mobile 2.0 services. The idea of accessing and managing your information from any device no matter where you are simply amazes him. Whether it's an online to-do list, note taking service or a video sharing social network, he's there to try it out. He admits though, he's still searching for the ultimate web-based organizational tool, which "sings" perfectly with the mobile PIM application. Dusan used to run SymbianWatch.com which later became part of IntoMobile. He lives in Serbia, South-East Europe, from where he edits the site on a daily basis.
