The 3GSM is coming and UIQ 3 fans should keep their eyes on Sony Ericsson’s announcements. Rumors are spreading around the net, suggesting that Japanese-Swedish handset manufacturer will introduce five new Symbian UIQ 3-based devices next year. Furthermore, some of the smartphones will be based on UIQ 3, but will not utilize the stylus. For instance, the device with the codename “Elena” should be the successor of M600 and should sport WLAN and a 3.2 MP camera.
We’ll see what will come true from this. In the meantime, check out the post on esato forums for more information.
