Christmas music. I don’t know what it is about it, but I loathe hearing it. Weather it be carolers, movies, or advertisements, something about those familiar jingle tunes drive me nuts. My father told me a story once, about how he was the first man in the capital of Romania, Bucharest, to own a CD player. He sold it after 6 months. His reason: he only had one freaking CD! I’ve reached that level of distaste with Christmas music. I still enjoy the holiday however, just for different reasons.

Personally, I’m a huge fan of Christmas music, but only when enjoyed appropriately. It is strictly to be kept within the time frame of the day after Thanksgiving and Christmas day. Listening to it outside of those perameters breaks it.
