
Many of you already know that the Library of Congress and the Register of Copyright Act of this past November declared that unlocking was legal. But who knew Cingular would be so willing to comply? It seems that the Cingular International Care Center will oblige your unlock request. All you have to do is tell them that you are planning to travel abroad. Thanks to the efforts of Wayne Ma, over at CrunchGear, Cingular may be seeing a rise in their unlock requests pretty soon.
