HTC P3450 (Elf) – Newest Windows Mobile 6.0 Phone from HTC

HTC P3450 (ELF) - entry-level PocketPC ships with Windows Mobile 6.0 ProfessionalNot to be confused with the HTC P4350 (Herald), the HTC P3450 (Elf) is only the second Windows Mobile 6 Professional smartphone from HTC. The Elf is an entry-level PocketPC with a QVGA display, Bluetooth, 2MP camera, quad-band GSM/EDGE, and Windows Mobile 6. As an entry-level device, the P3450 will boast the tried and true (read: old) OMAP 850 processor, clocked at 201 MHz. Still, we expect HTC made the most of those sluggish clock-cycles, like we saw in the HTC P4350 (Herald). We love the spy pics, from newsmobile.it, that show this keyboard-less, 108 x 58 x 14 mm, 110g PocketPC in that beautiful White body. (check them out after the link)

There it is, folks – the start of the WinMo6 revolution begins with WM6 Professional shipping on entry-level devices! Look for this thing to drop in June!
