$6 million in Vertu Phones stolen from delivery truck

$6 Million dollars worth in Vertu phones stolen from van on M3 highway in UKBBC is reporting that a thieving quartet used their Suburu to run a Vertu delivery truck off the road and steal £3m (about $6,000,000) worth of shiny new Vertu mobile phones. The heist went down on the M3, near Farnborough, Hampshire this past Wednesday. Police chased down the Suburu and apprehended two of the theives, and are looking for the remaining two.

Hopefully we won’t be seeing any truckloads of Apple iPhone’s getting ransacked for thier oh-so-previous inventory, come June 29! We can live with a bunch of missing Vertu phones, but any would-be thieves should heed fair warning – mess with our iPhones and you will be sorry!
