Fans of the BBC’s “In Concert” series of, well, concerts will be happy to hear that they’ll be within a mobile-phone’s-reach of getting their Avril Lavigne fix.
BBC Radio has reportedly inked a deal with spodtronic to deliver over 1,000 concerts from artists like Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Queen, AC/DC, Coldplay, Muse, Chemical Brothers and Avril Lavigne.
Liquid Air Lab will be launching the spodtronic live service through exclusive carriers in 20 European countries. Although the UK is not included in the launch, North Americans will be enjoying the concert service soon thereafter.
If waiting isn’t your thing, check out spodtroniclive.com to get your concert fix on both PC and mobile phone. You’ll have to download an application and shell out 5.99 euros (US$8.32) a month.
