Another day, another Nokia patent: Dual screens

The dual screen concept is not a new one. Somewhere in Asia there is a prototype on someones desk that uses eInk for the second display, enabling contextual keys. LG also filed a patent similar to Nokia’s dual screen concept. Let us not forget the recently launched LG Venus on Verizon, it too has dual screens.

Thanks to Unwired View, we give you Nokia’s latest patent: How far away are we from such a device? Assuming Nokia botches their first generation S60 touch device, I would say maybe 2 years.
