We knew this is coming and now it’s officially here. The unlocked Palm (NSDQ: PALM) Treo 500 could be hours for £269 ($526). Aside from the standard full QWERTY keyboard, the new Treo also also packs the 3G radio, tri-band GSM/GPRS connectivity, 2 megapixel camera, Bluetooth 2.0+EDR, and of course the microSD memory slot.
