We all know there’s a lot happening under the hood of Apple’s touchy products, iPhone and iPod Touch. However, we had no idea the CPU can handle a game like Quake 3 Arena. To be fair, it’s been a while since the popular first-person-shooter has been released, but it’s impressive nevertheless.

Anyway, we’ve no details who did this and as you’re about to see from the following video – they even make use of the built-in accelerometer. It doesn’t mean Quake will be more “playable” on the iPhone/iPod Touch than it is on a PC, but will certainly make the gaming experience more engaging. Enjoy the video!
