TouchLauncher is a new Palm OS launcher app that will make your Treo or Centro (or even older Palm PDAs) look and feel more like an iPhone. Not only you can start application in the “iPhone manner,” but you can also scroll with your finger between multiple screens and get number of unread text messages appeared as a part of the SMS icon.
In addition TouchLauncher supports iconsets and wallpapers, rearrangement of applications in a drag-and-drop fashion, categorization and renaming of applications, addition of web and contact links, and more.
If you own a Palm OS based device and like the way Apple’s handset works, you’ll certainly want to consider paying $6.99 for TouchLauncher. Or at least, you may want to try out the free trial version that supports launching of 10 first apps.
Finally, if you want to see how this works in real life, check out the video demonstration for some step-by-step goodness after the jump.
