Velocity Mobile 103 Windows Mobile smartphone hits FCC

Since Velocity announced its entrance to the smartphone world in April, we haven’t heard much from them since. Now, the first of the two devices announced (Velocity 103 and Velocity 111) has been spotted while passing the FCC hurdle. The FCC filling reveals the 65-page-long user manual as well as all the specs we’re already familiar with. Expect another VGA-screen equipped Windows Mobile smartphone with WiFi, GPS, HSDPA, Bluetooth 2.0, TV-out, enough memory (256MB ROM/128MB RAM) and a microSD memory slot. Release date is unknown, but when it was initially announced Velocity mentioned Q2 2008. What happened guys?
