Canadians rejoice! Looks to be that Future Shop is selling the HTC Diamond for 40% cheaper than Telus. No joke. C’mon Telus, join the party…
Even with the 40% discount, I would highly expect the salespeople at Future Shop to work you hard for accessories and other things you probably don’t need. ‘TV? How about a 50″ Plasma? Goes great with the HTC Diamond, doesn’t it?’ Can’t you hear them up-selling you now? I can.
Currently Telus is offering the Diamond for $149.99 on a 3-year term. Future Shop’s latest promo has the same device on for $89.99 for the same 3-year term. Insane. Plus, you get a $50 gift card… I assume this is for a small discount on the plasma TV they’ll try and push on you. The Future Shop offer is valid until September 25th.
