Dell to sell Pharos’ Traveller 117 and 127 Windows Mobile smartphones

Last time we heard about Pharos, they’ve release the P3470 model, which haven’t impressed many. Now we have two other Pharos-made devices spotted on Dell’s online store - 117 and 127. Unfortunately, Dell isn’t ready to start selling them, hence the links we had are not accessible at this stage.
Anyway, both smartphones sport 7.2Mbps HSDPA support, 2 megapixel camera, front-facing VGA camera for video calls, AGPS, with Windows Mobile 6.1 running the show. In addition, the 117 model sports a VGA touchscreen, while the 127 has a full QWERTY keyboard. Hmmm, full keyboard vs bigger screen - Which one do you prefer?
