Sony Ericsson informed us that their Bond phone is now available for purchase at Sony Style, with availability at authorized dealers coming soon. The 5 megapixel camera equipped C902 could be yours in either “Swift Black” or “Luscious Red” for $549.99. The price may look kinda steep, but don’t forget there’s no contract attached with it.

I’ve no reason to believe the Sony Ericsson C902 Cyber-shot won’t sell well. The latest James Bond movie, Quantum of Solace, is hitting the theaters around the world and my feeling is that many 007 fans will find this phone to be just perfect for them. After all, if it’s good enough for Bond, it’s good enough for everyone else, right. ;)

A few months ago I upgraded my wife to this phone.. Sorry, I upgraded my wifes' phone to this model.

I have to say that it's a little less than impressive.

The design of the camera function lets the phone down. I'm constantly cleaning dirt from the opening assembly, and that, that I can't remove makes the opening feel like sandpaper rubbing together. The screen is a bit of a let down (although probably no different from others of similar resolution). With the touch buttons at the top and bottom of the screen, it makes the screen look very small. Had these been overlaid on the actual screen (making the device narrower, or the screen wider) I feel it would have been a more impressive phone.

Sorry, I don't feel that this phone is outstanding in any respect.

In the film The Quantum Of Solace the phone has a much wider screen using the whole width of the phone
