I’m not sure why it took so much time for Digital Chocolate to “go iPhone,” but they are here now, and we guess they’ll bring many of their titles to the iPhone and iPod Touch users in the near future.
At the moment of this writing, two of their games have hit the AppStore – Chocolate Shop Frenzy and Crazy Penguin Catapult. What’s interesting, though, is that each one of the games mentioned is available in both free and paid “form” — something we’ve already seen done by EA and their Spore Origins title. The lack of trial version support of Apple’s AppStore is sure to blame for this.
I’ll stop here. It’s good to see that one more important mobile games publisher is going iPhone. Here are the links to the two mentioned Digital Chocolate games:
- Chocolate Shop Frenzy – free / paid ($7.99)
- Crazy Penguin Catapult – free / paid ($4.99)
