Expansys had ballparked the N97 as going for £689.99, but a Nokia spokesperson called the figure “outrageous” in a recent interview, although the June release date still sounds likely. That’s good news, especially considering the tight wallets nowadays, and let’s be fair – the N97 is a pretty sweet phone, that’s a little pricey. As a point of comparison, the XPERIA and unlocked iPhone 3G are going for and £714.99 and £679.99 respectively on Xpansys. The existing N96 costs £664.99. How much would you be wiling to pay for the N97?
