Nokia USA website

iGoDigital — the company which offers personalized product recommendations solutions — announced a new client, and it’s a big one – Nokia! The Finnish giant will be using iGoDigital’s recommendations platform on its USA’s website to “help shoppers confidently make the best purchase decisions.”

iGoDigital’s Solution Selling platform will not only help shoppers select the right phone for their needs, but will also suggest related accessories.

In addition to using iGoDigital’s solution on its website, Nokia will also use the company’s product in its transactional emails, such as order confirmation emails and shipment confirmation emails to “discover products of interest at every step of the Nokia shopping process” and ultimately make more money by cross-selling multiple products at once. We just have to see how this works in tough economic times we’re livin’.

Want to see this in action? Hop over to Nokia USA’s website and take it from there.
