AT&T announced a new prepaid plan that will be available beginning May 11, and will offer unlimited nationwide calling for $3/day. The GoPhone plan includes no roaming or long distance fees on AT&T’s national network, and the same pay per use rates for SMS and data as all other GoPhone “Pay As You Go” plans.
For those users who primarily call other AT&T subscribers, the carrier also offers an Unlimited Mobile-to-Mobile plan, providing unlimited calling to and from all 78 million AT&T customers, and $0.10 for all other calls, for $1 a day.
