The on /off switch does not click into place and the ear piece keeps coming off. The biggest problem for me was the connection. In 5 mins during a test run it disconnected 2 times and was difficult to re-connect. Friends said it looks like a womans earing which didnt bother me much but i could see some men getting nervous by wearing a headset that looks like a womans button earing. At the end of the day i returned mine for a Jabra headset which works great for $80.00 less! I bought this headset for general use and found it to be great looking but poorly made.
