
Verizon Wireless is joining Sprint in offering the 2-in-1 PC Card and Express Card 3G modem, Novatel Wireless PC770. Actually, Sprint’s version is called Novatel EX720, though the two cards look pretty much the same to me.
Specs wise, it’s an EV-DO Rev. A capable device that comes with VZAccess Manager software for easy connection management and automatic installation. Starting from August 2nd, Verizon will offer it for 100 bucks ($99.99), after a $50 mail-in rebate and with a new two-year customer agreement… Full release is available on PRnewswire.
