Pictures of Samsung’s second Android phone have been floating around for the last couple of weeks, but attached to this latest batch of a white/green and black/orange models is the rumour that the Galaxy Lite I5700 won’t be making it to market until 2010, despite word that France would be getting it in October. That’s a bit of a shame, but the original I7500 should be given some time to breathe and handle the holidays this year. The primary differences between the two Galaxys is less on-board storage (4 GB), reduced screen resolution (WQVGA), and a bumped-down camera (3.2 megapixels). In any case, we’ll look forward to the Galaxy Lite in the new year, presumably at a lower price point than its daddy.
