Palm’s second webOS device, the pared-down Pixi, will supposedly be hitting Best Buy and Sprint stores on October 20th. If you haven’t seen the specs, here’s a quick run-down.
- 2.63-inch multi-touch screen, 18-bit color, 320×400 resolution
- GPS
- 2 megapixel fixed focus camera
- 3.5 mm headphone jack
- Bluetooth 2.1
- 8 GB of storage built in
- Qualcomm MSM7627 chipset
- 55 mm x 111 mm x 10.85 mm; 99.5 grams
I’d be curious to see what the price point is going to be like, mainly since it will be downgrading the Pre’s camera and screen size, as well as taking out Wi-Fi. Is anyone holding out for this that didn’t just go out and buy a Pre already?
