Knocking Live Video - iPhone app

Pointy Heads Software, the folks behind Knocking Live Pic, are out with a new iPhone app from the series – Knocking Live Video, which is touted as the “world’s first broadcast app.” Just like their earlier application, this one also establishes live, device-to-device connectivity regardless of proximity or other barriers, broadcasting live streaming video from one iPhone to another while removing the middle man (some video sharing service) in the process. In addition, this Knocking app also comes with “Facebook Connect” feature, allowing users to automatically publish the so called “Knocks” in real-time.

Here’s how Knocking Live Video works:

  • Start the app
  • Set up account
  • Request and “Knock” your friends
  • Aim your camera

It’s that easy and we have a demo video to show you the app in real-world. That’s after the jump…

Yeah, if the app doesn’t crash on startup, which it’s doing for a good number of people.

Hi @The_BORG… At the time of the launch earlier this month, we had an overwhelming response, which lead to a server overload. THis is the reason for the crash. Since the launch of the app, we have released 1.1 version. Do download the app for the app store to be able to use many new features.

    Cheers,
