BlackBerry-8530-Sprint

The BlackBerry 8530 is now available on Sprint, a small comfort for those who have been eyeing Verizon’s version since November, but at least we didn’t have to wait until January 10. 3G and GPS give the 8530 a solid leg-up on the GSM-based 8520, although you’ll still be stuck with a 2 megapixel camera with no flash and a modest 320 x 240 display. The violet version is nowhere to be seen, but as a high-class productivity machine for $49.99 on contract, the 8530 is good bang for buck. Check it out in the Sprint store.
