In that sense we bring you this announcement involving Flurry and Pinch Media, which have signed a definitive agreement to merge. As a result, the new company’s analytics services will be running on more than 80% of all iPhone, iPod Touch and Android handsets worldwide. The merged company will retain the Flurry name, maintain existing San Francisco and New York offices and hire aggressively… More information about the merger is available from Flurry’s and Pinch Media’s websites. There’s also the press release with quotes from the executives from the two companies.
