Truphone

Just when we reported that Truphone has released a brand new version of its client for the Android platform, the company sent us an additional release saying that the Nexus One is now on the list of supported devices. This effectively unlocks WiFi calling on Google’s superphone and Truphone adds that their software is the first to enable the functionality.

In addition to the Nexus One, Truphone for Android 3.0.2 also sings along the T-Mobile Pulse, but that phone is not as nearly cool nor hyped. ;)

Unfortunately, the Moto DROID/Milestone is still not on the list, but I bet that will be changed in no time, as well. In the meantime if you own the Nexus One or T-Mobile Pulse, search for Truphone in the Android Market and take it from there.
