A start-up called Truth On Call has launched a mobile service that targets reporters, financial analysts, pharmaceutical executives and soon patients, providing them with an option to send a text message and get a reply from a group of doctors. The company says they have thousands of physicians, which can be selected by specialty and other characteristics, ready to answer questions from the industry. These physicians are paid $10 per answer, and they can optionally forward their earnings to a charity of their choosing. Cool idea, I like it. 🙂
