Russia’s MTS to offer co-branded version of Opera Mini

Opera Software scored another carrier partner – Russia’s MTS, which will provide a co-branded version of the Opera Mini browser for its subscribers. This translates into a customized Opera Mini start page as well as different (than the regular version) default bookmark locations.

Opera Mini is the most popular mobile browser for mobile phones in Russia. MTS had 97.8 million subscribers at the end of December 2009, 69.3 million of which are in Russia and rest in the CIS countries…
