After a lengthy private beta, HootSuite is now available on BlackBerry, offering enterprise-grade social networkers to manage Facebook and Twitter accounts, schedule tweets, review metrics, and make use of custom searches.

As a corporate phone, BlackBerry is a great home for HootSuite, which has always targeted PR and marketing professionals. As such, it supports task assignment, team management when you have more than one person posting to a single Twitter account, and a wide range of language support. Above all, many of your settings sync up between mobile and HootSuite’s excellent desktop web client. The mobile app is very well-rounded as far as compatibility goes – it supports BlackBerry OS 4.2 all the way up to 6.0, including both traditional and touch devices.

HootSuite for BlackBerry isn’t in App World just yet, but you can download it from your device at this link, or go for the versions on iPhone and Android below. It’s interesting that there’s no premium version for BlackBerry, but it seems like that’s HootSuite’s new direction.

Thanks for spreading all the HootSuite mobile news plus including links to the iPhone and Android versions. Since these apps are both free now, the links to the Lite versions are now well… un-useful. As such, can you change the links to the full versions (free) when you get a chance? You can find the deets at: hootsuite.com/android and hootsuite.com/iphone

    Cheers!
