Good Housekeeping @Home hits the AppStore

Zumobi keeps pushing new apps to the iOS device users and their latest work is a result of collaboration with Good Housekeeping magazine. The new application is called Good Housekeeping @Home App and it’s available free of charge for the iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad owners.

There are six content/functionality areas included in the app:

  • Stain Buster – which is touted as an “A to Z encyclopedia” for removing smudges, spots and spills from fabric, upholstery and carpet.
  • Do-It-All Cleaning – From stainless steel refrigerators to marble countertops, surface-by-surface, easy to follow, no-fail cleaning advice.
  • Good Housekeeping Seal – Access to the database of more than 5,000 products that have earned the Good Housekeeping Seal and the Green Good Housekeeping Seal. While in this section, you can also learn about the Good Housekeeping Research Institute, the magazine’s testing laboratory.
  • News and Tips – Articles, advice and information on organizing, do-it-yourself projects and unique crafts.
  • Home Décor Gallery – Access to hundreds of inspiring photos, from major room makeovers to updating accessories.

Of course, there’s also the social media integration included within the app allowing users to share what they read with their friends and followers on Facebook and Twitter…
