A company called Outfit7 already has a number of “Talking” apps in the app store, including Talking Tom Cat, Talking Baby Hippo, Talking Larry the Bird, Talking Harry the Hedgehog, Talking Roby the Robot and Talking Rex the Dinosaur — all of which have been downloaded for over 30 million times to date.

Of course, their latest app is Talking Santa, which is made to once again keep your kids occupied while you’re thinking through your Christmas arrangements.

Using the application, you can create and share 3D claymation greetings that will, in addition to entertaining your child, also “warm the hearts of everyone on their wish-lists.” Additionally, as you tap on Talking Santa’s red sack, you’ll reveal random gifts. Moreover, you can speak into the microphone, and let Santa repeat any holiday messages aloud.

Talking Santa is available both for the iPhone/iPod Touch and iPad, and you can grab it from the two links below…

Talking Santa for iPad ($3.99) [iTunes link]
