If you grew up with the comedy of Bill Cosby like I did, chances are the comedian holds a fond place in your heart. Off hand I recall watching Fat Albert, Picture Pages, and of course, who could forget the loveable Dr. Heathcliff Huxtable and the rest of the Cosby family. Yes, the comedian is indeed an icon… and by the sounds of things he’s not about to let his comedy fade into the horizon any time soon.

Mr. Cosby recently announced a brand new mobile app for iPhone, Android and BlackBerry devices. The app does pretty much what you’d expect from a ‘celebrity’ app such as this. You can use it to find out where Bill is appearing next, listen to his audio books, read news, watch videos, post on the fan wall, and much more.

So how do you get this one? Mr. Cosby will tell you how in the video above… but below is a quick quote from the man himself:

Where do you find my app? You find it on all things Apple… All things Android… and the Berry of my people… the BlackBerry.

One more quote from Bill, just because:

I’m coming to flat out perform, and hurt your face and body parts. Because you’re laughing.

For more information or to download the app on your iPhone, Android or BlackBerry device, hit up MobileRoadie and click the App Store, Android Market or App World links on the right. Yes, this one is free. Enjoy!

Buck, Buck!
