If you’re a fan of the HTC Thunderbolt, like we are, you’re probably wondering where all the ideas and creativity behind the smartphone came from. There’s a lot that goes into making a smartphone, so to show you what went into making the Thunderbolt a reality, HTC has posted an inspiring video that gives you a close-up look at what went on behind the scenes.

The video, set against a soothing soundtrack, gives us a glimpse into the creative process that birthed the Thunderbolt. We also get to meet the actual product and design team that brought the hardware to life. The entire video seems to have been shot in San Francisco, which is fitting, given that HTC’s recently acquired industrial design house, One & Co., is based in SF.

When you’re done with the cinematic video above, make sure to check out our HTC Thunderbolt review here.
