Bump has finally released version 2.0 of its famous data exchange app for Android smartphones. No longer will you enviously look at your iPhone buddies bumping contacts and photos in a snap (and in a nicely designed UI). You can join the party, too.

The new version of the application is faster and more reliable (than the previous version), while also allowing you to go through history and check all the files you’ve shared with other Bump users. Moreover, this latest release doesn’t require a physical connection – you can bump stuff even if you’re miles apart, complete with instant notifications.

Finally, Bump said this is just a start and that in the next several months we should expect even more features being added to the application.

What are you waiting for? Update Bump now or download it if you don’t have it installed on your Android smartphone.
