The iPhone evolution revisited

iPhone evolution revisited

It was back in August when we first posted our iPhone evolution chart, relying on the rumored specs of the iPhone 5 (which was not announced today – at least not while I’m writing this). Today, it’s time to revisit it, this time using the “official specs.”

As you’re about to see, the iPhone 4S is the evolutionary (rather than revolutionary) step forward for Apple. However, its true strength lies in the new software (iOS 5), which is something we’re not covering in this chart. I know it doesn’t give you the complete picture, but you’ll get the point nevertheless…

Without further ado, here’s the revisited iPhone evolution chart. You can get the higher resolution image from here.

Disappointment. FOR REAL SAME PHONE, NO NEW Design IM GOING TO CELL MY IPHONE 4 AND BUY THE NEW GALAXY S 2… APPLE LET ME DOWN, It should be something new, not just a catch-up device.
