Staples launched a new iPhone app making it easy for customers to research and shop for everything they need for their small business or home office. The highlight is on the cross-channel experience, whether you’re in a Staples store or not. For instance, you can access product information, ratings and reviews while in-store, or find the nearest Staples store with the specific product you need by using the app’s store locator and inventory check feature.
In addition, there are ways to save using the store check-in feature that offers special coupons and promotions when you enter a Staples store with an iPhone. Moreover, frequently purchased items like ink and toner can be quickly managed with a smart list builder, and with Staples Rewards alerts you can be notified when new Rewards are earned or when some Rewards are about to expire.
Finally, Android smartphone users may care to know when the mobile app for their platform will be released. It’s currently under development and will be available “soon.”
