I generally don’t think of Target as the place to score major mobile deals but the company is running a promotion which could get you some nice phones on the cheap. From now until Dec. 17, you can get an iPhone 4S with 16 GB for $174.99.
That instant $25 is a solid deal if you want the iPhone 4S (may as well save a few bucks) but you can also get $150 towards an AT&T iPhone 4S when you trade in a working iPhone 3GS. If you have an iPhone 4, you can get $200 and even the iPhone 3G will give you $100 trade-in.
