Both Motorola Xoom 2 models are now available for purchase in the UK through retailers like Amazon and Expansys.
Amazon is selling the bigger model (with a 10.1-inch screen) for 399 GBP, while the smaller version (Xoom 2 Media Edition with 8.2-inch screen) is going for 329 GBP at Amazon and Expansys.
Both models come with pretty much the same specs that include a dual-core 1.2GHz processor, Wi-Fi connectivity, 1280×800 pixels display, Android Honeycomb and so on.
Thus far we haven’t found some impressive reviews of the Xoom 2 but that doesn’t mean it’s a bad device. Quite the contrary – it’s pretty much what we would call a “classic” Honeycomb tablet. Personally I prefer the smaller Xoom 2, but I know many folks who would appreciate the extra screen estate its bigger brother offers…
