Remember the 7-inch TouchPad Go? Well, this was supposed to be the more portable version of the webOS tablet but HP decided that webOS wasn’t worth the effort. Well, our friends at webOS Nation got a hold of the TouchPad Go and offer a nice review in video form.

I’ll let you watch the very well-done video review below but we’re not seeing a much different conclusion than our final take on the original TouchPad: the webOS-powered TouchPad go is nice, the platform scales well to the 7-inch form factor but you’re still facing the lack of developer support that plagued its larger sibling. The pixel count is the same on this 7-inch tablet, so third-party apps appeared to run just fine.

While this model in the review was a prototype, it’s pretty much exactly what we would have seen if this product ever hit the market. Would you have purchased a 7-inch TouchPad Go?
