Independent mobile video service Vuclip is out with its monthly Global Video Insights Report, which this time also covers the biggest searches of the entire year. Without further ado, the top 10 U.S. searches on Vuclip in 2011 were:
- Lady Gaga
- Kim Kardashian
- Nicki Minaj
- Shakira
- Family Guy
- Michael Jackson
- Justin Bieber
- Drake
- Lil Wayne
- Naruto
Aside from the U.S., the report also provides information on the hottest searches in India as well as mobile trends around the world gleaned from nearly 40 million unique users in December, when Vuclip offered over 560 million video views. That number is further expected to grow with the company expecting to cross 1 billion video views in a month sometime in 2012.
