iPad review roundup: gorgeous display with lightening fast LTE

Right on time, reviews of the new iPad are starting to hit the internet. As expected, the new retina display and 4G LTE connectivity have gotten high praises from the reviewers. The biggest gripe against the tablet is the “sameness”. The iPad 3 looks and feels a lot like the iPad 2 and the iPad 1.

You can read the individual reviews using the links below:

The Verge: “Let’s be clear: the new iPad is in a class by itself, just as its predecessor was”

Macworld: “And on nearly every front, the third-generation iPad is markedly better than its predecessor”

The Loop: “I’ve been using the iPad for a week now and I’m so impressed”

Fox News: “The new iPad is easily the best tablet I’ve ever seen”

Daring Fireball: “The retina display is amazing, everything in the UI feels faster, and the price points remain the same. What’s not to love? It’s that simple”

USA Today: “The test machine, a Verizon model that taps into the company’s 4G LTE network, was really zippy in a week of testing in San Francisco and Austin”

Bloomberg News: “While the Retina Display on the iPhone wasn’t an earth- shaking advance, the impact is far more evident on the iPad’s greater real estate. Even the text in an e-book is crisper, high-def video is sharper and photos are crystal clear”

Washington Post: “This display is outrageous. It’s stunning. It’s incredible”

Wall Street Journal: “It’s hard to illustrate on a Web page or in print how brilliant this new display is”

PocketLint: “But the Retina Display makes this so far and away the best release yet”

TechCrunch: “Technology is amazing, and this new iPad is amazing”

SlashGear: “With its focus on the holistic experience rather than individual boasts around its constituent parts, it’s the epitome of the Post-PC world the Apple founder envisaged”

The new iPad will land in ten countries on Friday including the US, Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, Switzerland and the UK; along with Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. Sales will begin at 8 AM local time.

Who cares apple is wrong for this and all the fan boys will buy it, because just like fundamental followers  they like whatever there master gives them. I’m human and i would demand more for a company that has the ability to do more. funny if the sales sucked and barely no one bought one im sure they would give the consumer a tablet worthy of the masses, they didn’t even say ipad 3 becaues they  themselves know its does not have a major improvement.  Yes, Apple is a outstanding company, so why don’t they give us an outstanding product.
