Defiant Development is bringing its popular iOS game Ski Safari to Android. The game mechanics are simple, yet the game is super-addictive. You guide Sven whose mission is to ski down a hillside to keep ahead of an avalanche. Along the way, you’ll get “help” from animals (when you ride them) like Penguins that glide you further, Yetis which can break through obstacles, and Eagles that send you soaring into the distance; while getting extra points for all the in-air tricks performed. Moreover, you can find fast Snowmobiles which are able to ferry multiple animals.
Yeah I realize it sounds kinda stupid but Ski Safari is actually one awesome game as you’re about to see from the short demo video. It costs 99 cents and I’m pretty confident that money will keep you entertained for quite some time. Check it out and let us know how you like Ski Safari. And now the mentioned demo video…
Dusan has been using smartphones since their introduction and is now following the latest trends in the industry. The "convergence" is what he's most excited about, and writing about it is the next logical thing to do. He thinks that using a smartphone is what everyone who cares about their time should do.
In addition to his interests in mobile phones, Dusan also loves to experiment with the latest web and mobile 2.0 services. The idea of accessing and managing your information from any device no matter where you are simply amazes him. Whether it's an online to-do list, note taking service or a video sharing social network, he's there to try it out. He admits though, he's still searching for the ultimate web-based organizational tool, which "sings" perfectly with the mobile PIM application.
