According to a Bloomberg report, Apple wont’ have to say publicly on its UK website that Samsung didn’t copy the iPad. A London judge reportedly delayed this order until an appeal is heard in October.

This is good news for Apple, which was likely reeling after an earlier decision required the company to post a notice confirming that Samsung did not copy the iPad with its Galaxy line of tablets. This notice was supped to appear on Apple’s UK website as well as in major British newspapers and magazines.
