A recent rumor from Android Police suggests that Google is preparing to add support for gift cards to its Google Play store. This rumor just got a big dose of credence now that Android Central has obtained pictures of the card’s outer packaging. These images show the Google Play branding and look like they would hang perfectly on a retailer’s shelves alongside the iTunes gift cards. Though other denominations are possible, the leaked shots suggest Google will sell gift cards in $10 and $25 amounts. You can check out one example image above and head over to Android Central for the rest.
