A new Motorola device has cleared the FCC hurdle and Engadget thinks it could get its power from an Intel-made chip. The two companies [Intel and Motorola] are preparing to unveil something new on September 18th and since we’ve already heard that the European version of the RAZR M could sport an Intel processor, the chances are this could actually be one of those devices that turns the table for Intel. The story goes on suggesting that the CPU found inside the XT890 is clocked at 2GHz, which sounds pretty promising. Sadly, FCC’s filing doesn’t mention LTE and NFC, but it does suggest this baby is ready to sing along AT&T’s 2G and 3G networks. Guess we’ll have to wait for few more days to have all the details. Stay tuned in the meantime, k?
