HTC is launching dual-SIM Desire SV in India, allowing folks to use two networks at once. Set to hit retailers later this month, the device packs Qualcomm’s dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 chipset clocked at 1GHz, 768MB of RAM, 8-megapixel rear camera, Bluetooth 4.0, HSPA, GPS, Wi-Fi, Beats Audio and 1,620mAh battery. We’re not sure which Android version the phone will run and can only hope that will be Jelly Bean.
Price wise, the Desire SV will sell for 22,590 INR which translates into some $420. And in case you wonder, we’ve no idea when or whether this phone will ever be available outside of India. We do like the option to have two SIM cards slots and can only hope major handset makers will launch some solid products with the capability in the West as well. Thus far only mediocre smartphones (to say the least) were available to folks living in Europe and the U.S…
