Samsung announced the Galaxy S III mini in October and now the pint-sized phone is available on Amazon. As spotted by Tech Crunch, the Galaxy S III Mini is available for $413 unlocked, which means it will work with both T-Mobile and AT&T with minimal configuration.

The Galaxy S III mini is a scaled down version of the Galaxy S III and includes a 4-inch Super AMOLED display with 800 x 480 resolution. The handset is powered by a dual-core 1GHz processor and Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. It also has 1GB of RAM, a 5-megapixel rear camera and connectivity options like WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0 and HSPA. Unlike the Galaxy S III, the S III mini does not support 4G LTE networks.
