Oppo Find 5 has been officially unveiled and it has all of the features we expected it have, including the 5-inch full HD 1080p touchscreen, Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 quad-core processor, 2GB of RAM and 13-megapixel rear-facing camera. In addition, there’s also a solid 2,500mAh battery, 16GB of built-in storage (though there’s no microSD card slot), NFC, 3G, Wi-Fi, as well as Dirac HD audio technology which is also used by companies such as Rolls Royce, BMW, Bentley and Datasat; a pair of Dirac-optimized earphones come included in the package, as well. Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean is running the show out of box.
When it comes to pricing, we know Oppo will ask $499 for its baby when it hits the US, and that should happen within a month or so. In its own backyard, the Find 5 will sell for some $480, while we expect the price to be slightly higher in Europe (due to higher taxes)…
